AC Brushless Servo Motor CNC Axis – MITSUBISHI HC-MF 13-UE

The HC-MF 13-UE is an AC brushless servo motor (“AC Servo Motor”) from the HC-MF series manufactured by MITSUBISHI Electric, part of the MELSERVO product family. It is documented as an axis drive motor for CNC machine tools equipped with Mitsubishi servo amplifiers of the MR-SA, MR-J or compatible series. The UE suffix identifies a specific variant in terms of encoder or output shaft configuration. The HC-MF series is characterised by low inertia and high dynamic response, designed for rapid and precise positioning applications on machining centres, milling machines, and small to medium format CNC machines.

The servo motor is the electromechanical actuator that converts the torque and speed reference generated by the servo amplifier into precise mechanical movement of the linear or rotary axis.
