The MR-J2-200CT is a 2.0 kW AC servo amplifier (“AC Servo Amplifier”) manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric, belonging to the MELSERVO-J2 series. The “CT” suffix identifies the specific command interface variant. The drive is designed to control AC servo motors from the HC-SF and HC-RF families by Mitsubishi, and is typically integrated in CNC machining centres, transfer machines, and industrial automation systems using MELDASMAGIC or compatible CNC controllers. It manages the three regulation loops (position, speed, current) and supports high-resolution serial encoders. The servo drive is the core of the motion system in a CNC machine: it receives the position or speed command from the numerical control, compares the signal with the feedback from the motor encoder, and generates the current required to instantly correct any deviation.
